Data we collect
We collect your name, surname, email address, WhatsApp number, Italian municipality and province, agency name where provided, room images, style choices, notes, technical and security data, request details and payment information. We do not store your full card details.
Purposes and legal bases
We process the data needed to receive your request, verify your number, produce and deliver the video, manage payments and support, and prevent abuse. Processing required for the service is based on performing the contract and complying with legal obligations. Marketing and Bouncy Cactus Certified rely on separate, optional and withdrawable consent.
Bouncy Cactus Certified
Only if you select the relevant box may we share your name, phone number and email address with a partner agency selected by Mikaline S.r.l. so it can contact you about your request. Refusing consent does not prevent you from using the service. You may withdraw it at any time.
Providers and international transfers
We may use hosting, database and storage, anti-bot, payment and messaging providers to deliver the service, including Vercel, Supabase, Cloudflare, Stripe and Meta/WhatsApp. Providers process data under their respective roles and agreements. Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, safeguards required by applicable law are used.
Retention
Uploaded images are normally deleted within 30 days of delivery or closure of the request, unless they are needed for technical reasons, a dispute or a legal obligation. Order, payment and invoicing data may be retained for the periods required by law. Consent records are retained for as long as needed to document their management.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, object to processing, and withdraw consent without affecting previous processing. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority or your competent supervisory authority.
